Dear Users,
To better protect our users and maintain a high-quality trading market, the ZKE platform conducts regular reviews of all listed spot trading pairs. Some pairs may be delisted due to factors such as poor liquidity or low trading volume. Based on the results of our recent review, we will delist the KEX/USDT spot trading pair and suspend trading at 11:00 (UTC+8) on August 26, 2025.
Asset Handling Details:
Order Cancellation: Please cancel your open orders for the affected trading pair in advance. After delisting, any remaining open orders will be automatically canceled by the system, and the funds will be returned to your account.
Handling of Unsold Assets: If users do not sell or withdraw their assets before the delisting time, the platform will automatically convert the remaining assets into USDT at the delisting price within 5 business days and credit them to the user’s account. (Note: Assets less than 1 USDT will not be converted.)
No Further Announcements: Once the conversion is completed, no further announcements will be made. Please check your account balance and asset changes accordingly.
