Announcement Regarding Share Consolidation of 11 Leveraged Tokens Including FLOW3L (240507)

Dear Users,

          Due to the current unit price of some leveraged token products being lower than 0.01 USDT, in order to enhance sensitivity to price changes and optimize trading experience, ZKE platform will conduct share consolidation operations for these leveraged token products on May 8, 2024, from 15:00 to 19:00 (UTC+8).

The list of leveraged token products undergoing share consolidation is as follows:

2.XRP3L/USDT

3.DOGE3L/USDT

4.AVAX3L/USDT

5.RSR3S/USDT

6.LINK3L/USDT

7.AVAX3S/USDT

8.SOL3L/USDT

9.RSR3L/USDT

10.LTC3L/USDT

11.EOS3S/USDT

The original 100 shares of FLOW3L will be consolidated into 1 new share of FLOW3L. Meanwhile, the net asset value of the new shares will be 100 times that of the original shares. The net asset value conversion will be based on the net asset value at the time of consolidation.

For example: At the consolidation moment, a user holds 10,000 shares of FLOW3L, with a net asset value per share of 0.010000, totaling 100 USDT. After consolidation, they will hold 100 shares of FLOW3L, with a net asset value per share of 1.000000, and the total amount will remain unchanged at 100 USDT.

The name, abbreviation, and trading pairs of the new shares will remain the same as before consolidation.

Important Notes:

1.During the share consolidation period, trading for the above-mentioned trading pairs will be suspended, while trading for other pairs will remain unaffected.

2.Before the share consolidation, all users with open orders for the above-mentioned trading pairs are advised to cancel their orders in advance. Orders not cancelled will be automatically revoked by the system, and related assets will be returned to the account.

3.For users who have initiated grid trading for the above-mentioned trading pairs, please terminate grid trading before the share consolidation. Failure to do so will result in automatic termination of grid trading for the mentioned pairs by the system, and related assets will be returned to the account.

After the share consolidation, there may be a phenomenon of several times increase in the trading pairs, which is normal.

4.After the share consolidation, users' assets may experience normal fluctuations due to market movements during the consolidation operation.
