Dear Users,

To better protect our users and maintain a high-quality trading market, the platform conducts regular reviews of all listed spot trading pairs. Based on factors such as insufficient liquidity or low trading volume, certain spot trading pairs may be delisted.
According to the results of the latest review, the platform will remove and suspend trading for the following spot trading pairs on October 13, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC+8):MONKY/USDT, DUCK/USDT, YOURAI/USDT, ZKJ/USDT, PIZA/USDT, and COQ/USDT.

Asset Handling Details:

  1. Order Cancellation:
Users are advised to cancel any open orders for the affected trading pairs in advance. Once the delisting takes effect, any remaining open orders will be automatically canceled by the system, and the corresponding funds will be refunded to your account.

  2. Handling of Unsold Assets:
If users fail to sell or withdraw their assets before the delisting time, the platform will automatically convert the remaining assets into USDT at the delisting price within five (5) business days after delisting and credit them to the user’s account.
(Note: Assets valued at less than 1 USDT will not be converted.)

  3. No further announcement will be made after the conversion is completed.
Please check your account balance and asset changes accordingly.
