Announcement on Delisting DUEL/USDT Spot Trading Pair (260410)

Dear Users,

To better protect users and maintain a high-quality trading environment, ZKE conducts periodic reviews of all listed spot trading pairs and may delist certain pairs due to factors such as low liquidity and trading volume. Based on a recent review, we will remove the DUEL/USDT spot trading pair and halt trading at 11:00 (UTC+8) on April 15, 2026.

Instructions for asset handling:

1. Order cancellation: Please cancel any pending orders for the affected trading pair in advance. After delisting takes effect, any outstanding orders will be automatically cancelled by the system, and funds will be returned to your account.

2. Handling of unsold assets: If you have not sold or withdrawn your assets before the delisting time, the platform will automatically convert the remaining assets into USDT at the delisting price within 5 business days and deposit the USDT into your account (note: assets valued below 1 USDT will not be converted).

3. No further announcement will be made after the conversion is completed. Please monitor your account balance and asset changes accordingly.
