Announcement on Delisting STRM, CEL, BOS, and 7 Other Spot Trading Pairs (260414)

Dear Users,

To better protect users and maintain a high-quality trading environment, ZKE conducts periodic reviews of all listed spot trading pairs and may delist certain pairs due to factors such as insufficient liquidity and low trading volume. Based on the latest review results, we will remove the following spot trading pairs and halt trading at 11:00 (UTC+8) on April 22, 2026: STRM/USDT, CEL/USDT, BOS/USDT, SD/USDT, OSMO/USDT, PORTAL/USDT, and OGN/USDT.

Asset Handling Instructions:

1. Order Cancellation: Please cancel any pending orders for the affected pairs in advance. After the delisting takes effect, any remaining orders will be automatically canceled by the system, and funds will be returned to your account.

2. Handling of Unsold Assets: If users have not sold or withdrawn their assets before the delisting time, the platform will automatically convert the remaining assets into USDT at the delisting price within 5 business days after delisting, and deposit the USDT into their accounts (Note: Assets valued below 5 USDT will not be converted).

3. No further announcement will be made after the conversion is completed. Please monitor your account balance and asset changes accordingly.
