Announcement Regarding Support for Solidus Ai Tech (AITECH) Token Swap (260422)

Dear Users,

ZKE platform will support the token swap plan from Solidus Ai Tech (AITECH) to AITECH CLOUD NETWORK (ACN). All AITECH tokens will be swapped to ACN tokens at a ratio of 1 AITECH = 1 ACN.

The specific arrangements are as follows:

Spot Trading:

1. The platform will halt trading and delist the AITECH/USDT pair at 15:00 (UTC+8) on April 22, 2026. All pending orders will be automatically canceled.

2. After trading is suspended, a snapshot of users’ AITECH holdings will be taken at 15:00 (UTC+8) on April 22, 2026. Subsequently, the system will swap users’ AITECH holdings to ACN at a ratio of [1 AITECH = 1 ACN].

3. The listing time for ACN trading pairs will be announced separately after the token swap is completed.
