Please be informed that ZKE will temporarily suspend all TON Chain token deposits and withdrawals starting from 2026-04-15 18:00 (UTC+8). Details are as follows:


1. Schedule
2026-04-15 18:00 (UTC+8): All TON Chain token deposit and withdrawal services will be suspended.

2. Affected Services
1. All deposits and withdrawals for TON Chain tokens (including TON mainnet tokens and TON ecosystem tokens) will be paused.
2. Trading functions for TON Chain tokens (spot, contracts, etc.) remain unaffected and can be conducted normally.


During the suspension, please refrain from making deposits via TON Chain to avoid asset loss. For any inquiries, please contact our official customer support. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and support.
