Time required for deposits and withdrawals


Deposit and withdraw are fully automated processes at ZKE, thus the confirmation for your transactions depend on the network status.

It takes anywhere between minutes to hours for a BTC transaction to go through. For other ERC20 Altcoins, the confirmation time will be in minutes.

How long does it take to confirm?


Different blockchains have different mining rates for each block.

For example, it takes an average of 10 minutes to mine a block on the Bitcoin blockchain, and ZKE deposits Bitcoin into the customer's account after 4 confirmations. This takes about 40 minutes.


However Bitcoin miners sometimes take 30 or even 60 minutes to mine a block (1 confirmation). And this is not within the control of ZKE.

* Execution time varies depending on network conditions. The time estimates provided in this article assume that the transaction you send is confirmed in the first block. If the transaction is not confirmed in the first block, then it will take longer (depending on network conditions).

Please note that whether you choose to recharge or withdraw coins to a third-party platform, or to your digital wallet, you need to ensure that:


Wallet/platform compatibility: that is, support for the network; if the target platform does not support your withdrawal network, the assets will not be recovered.

Your deposit and withdrawal network is the same as the target platform; if you choose the Ethereum network as the target address, but choose Binance Smart Chain for deposit, you may not be able to retrieve your digital assets.

Make sure your address and amount are correct before recharging and withdrawing coins.

Due to the anonymity and privacy of the block network, once you enter wrong information, you will lose the corresponding assets. Please be sure to check your deposit and withdrawal addresses carefully.


Regarding the possibility of withdrawal not arriving in the account:


(1) The block has not been confirmed, and the withdrawal cannot be received normally. After you remit, the funds are already in the block and need to be confirmed by the block, and the block confirmation time is not fixed. If the account is still not received after the block is confirmed, you need to contact the other platform for verification.

(2) The assets have not been remitted, and the withdrawal cannot be received normally. When your assets have not been remitted, it will be displayed as being withdrawn or waiting for withdrawal. The system is queuing to remit due to the large number of withdrawals. The system will remit them one by one according to the time submitted by the current withdrawal user. Manual intervention cannot be performed. Please be patient. Waiting, sorry for the inconvenience.

(3) The label is filled incorrectly, and the withdrawal cannot be received normally. The deposit and withdrawal of some currencies need to fill in the tag (Memo/ aka Tag).

You need to check whether there is a label on the deposit page of the other party’s platform. If there is, just fill in the withdrawal page correctly. If the label is not displayed, in order to ensure the safety of your funds and property, please contact the customer service of the other party’s platform to confirm whether it is necessary. Fill in, if not needed, you can fill in 6 numbers at the label position of the ZKE withdrawal page.

(4) Please check the withdrawal status on the withdrawal asset record page first, and then contact customer service for processing.
