How to submit a ticket

When you encounter a problem and need to submit Ticket:
Click the customer service icon at the bottom right of the website, or open the website https://support.zke.com, and click "Submit Ticket"
Fill in your relevant information:
Click the button below to perform man-machine verification. After verification, click "Submit Request" to complete .
After ZKE has processed your ticket, you will receive a reply email.
